Lighthouse Mobile Home Park is physically next to three other parks we manage. While Lighthouse MHP consists of more than 90 lots, there are 150 total nearby lots. This includes some double-wide lots. Only a half mile away from IH 35.
The most common question asked is, How Much Is Lot Rent? The lot rent at Lighthouse is less than half of the average two-bedroom apartment complex in New Braunfels! As of 2024, the average apartment rent is $1,553. For this reason, everyone is happy to own their home and only pay lot rent and utilities.
