2A. SMS Messaging Program Terms — by Parthenon Properties, LLC dba YourPark Communities

1. Program Description: This messaging program sends leasing information, appointment confirmations, community updates, maintenance notices, and customer support communications to individuals who have explicitly opted in to receive SMS notifications from  Parthenon Properties, LLC dba YourPark Communities 
2. Cancellation: Text "STOP" to any message to cancel. Upon sending "STOP," you will receive a confirmation SMS. No further messages will be sent unless you re-opt in by signing up as you did initially.
3. Support: Reply "HELP" for assistance, or contact us at privacy@yourpark.com or 512-200-4664.
4. Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your service usage. Contact your wireless provider for questions about your plan.

7. Age Restriction: You must be 18 years or older to participate in our SMS program.
8. Compliance: We comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA guidelines.

3. Opting Out

You can stop receiving messages at any time by texting "STOP" in response to any of our messages. For additional support, text "HELP". To rejoin, sign up as you did initially and we will resume sending messages.

In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid by you for using the service, if any.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Parthenon Properties, LLC dba YourPark Communities including their officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
