Rent Credit Program - RIP!

Rent Credit Program made sense at the time when there were homes available to rent. In today's market, anyone that can afford to rent for your average two bedroom apartment in the city can pay roughly the same towards a home purchase. Not just in Texas, but nationally, almost every mobile home tenant owns their mobile home. Otherwise, they may be doing a rent to own program for purchasing or intend to stay a rental for life. Most 'life time renters' either end up renting from a tenant landlord that owns a mobile home for rent or may look for other rental options such as an apartment. 

We also like turning renters into home owners with offer prices that are crazy low! We do this for many reasons which include no longer having to maintain the home as well as new pride of ownership! Adults can be like kids, if you give a kid a toy without making them earn it then they never appreciate it the same! However, if a kiddo or adult works hard to earn their own toy or MOBILE HOME, then pride of ownership kicks in. This is why we have beautiful clean and safe communities for our families to enjoy.

We may no longer offer a rent credit program, but it is very possible that we will have some lending resources for you or other ideas for you to become a home owner today. Stop renting when you don't have to!
