Our humble beginnings, dating back to 2010. Local family operated business that used to sell mobile home parks in Texas and other states. Since then, we've settled down, and now hold on to our communities, LONG TERM, giving our tenants the peace of mind that another ownership change is NOT around the corner. Not all properties are created equal. We are happy to say that we currently own ONLY pretty, clean, and safe properties in amazing locations!
